Refund policy

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. For pre-orders, cancellations are allowed up until the order’s shipping date.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be altered. Please ensure all your information is correct before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or those that violate our Terms & Conditions. If your order is placed on hold due to invalid billing or shipping information, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.



Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you may do so within 15 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned in less-than-new condition, it cannot be restocked and will not be processed for a refund. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Depending on the reason for the return, return labels may be issued.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it may take up to 14 business days to process. We will refund the full purchase price of the item, and if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective merchandise), we will also refund the shipping cost. 

To initiate a return, please provide your order number and reason for the return through our Contact Us page. Our support team will respond with step-by-step instructions.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

EU: Prices are VAT inclusive for all EU orders.

UK/Non-EU: Orders going to countries outside of the EU may be subject to customs and duty fees.
